This product is required to maintain functionality of hands free foot-activated liftgate when a Lincoln accessory hitch is installed. Liftgate Module will not add the Hands-Free Foot-Activated function unless the vehicle was originally equipped with Hands-Free Foot-Activated Liftgate.
